Rescheduling & Guests
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your service total.
A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in fees.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a No-Show and forfeit their deposit.
Appointments may be rescheduled twice with 72 hours' notice. No guests are permitted during appointments unless pre-approved.
